They give you your money back, and let you exchange something if you buy something from their that has something wrong with it from the start.
For example, tried pizza from there last week, the crust tasted bad. My hubby returned it with the receipt today, and they gave a new pizza for free! Plus, gave him back the money he had paid for it.
So yeah, Alidi's is a cool grocery store, with great service, great prices, and great food! So looking for a nice place to shop for groceries, I recommend ALIDI's.
